On this page you can find all BAC related information. The General BAC information includes information of the FPC as well as cluster membership. More details are available through a link to the public resource of NCBI.
The graphical view shows you all BAC related information within a graph. All relations between the nodes are based on BLAST results. The graph is interactive. By left clicking on a node you will get more detailed information. For example by clicking on a gene you will be provided with sequence data as well as gene expression profiles. By right clicking on a node or edge you are able to give a feedback to the selected object to help us improving the quality of the dataset.
The last part of this page contains an interactive report of the BLAST results from this BAC. You can select between three different BLASTs. Use the search field for a free text search. To search within a specific column preselect the column by clicking on the magnifier symbol on the left.
Additional options such as filtering and column sorting are available through the actions menu.
